1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Decibl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Decibl as an individual.
• Organisations purchasing seats for their teams accept these Terms on behalf of all users they onboard. The organisation is the contracting party and is responsible for its users' compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Organisation admins are responsible for managing their team's access and ensuring their users comply with these Terms.
• Notify us immediately at team@decibl.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

• Decibl provides AI-powered voice practice agents for sales training, support coaching, candidate screening, leadership development, compliance training, and similar professional use cases.
• Access is granted for lawful training and development purposes only — personal or within your organisation.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform without our written consent.

5. Payments and Billing

• Pricing is as described on our Pricing page. Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually.
• Annual plans are invoiced upfront. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing cycles. See our Pricing Details and Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the Platform.
• Use session data, transcripts, or Platform outputs to train a competing AI model or product.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including all software, design, and content created by us, is owned by CollectiveBloom Technologies Private Limited.
• You retain ownership of content you upload or create (voice sessions, transcripts, scenario briefs).
• By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service — including transcription, scoring, and report generation.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms, engaging in suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We do not guarantee specific training outcomes, hiring results, or sales performance improvements — Decibl is a practice tool, not a placement or staffing agency.
• We are not responsible for content or links from third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
