Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided no paid sessions have been started on that plan.
  • Once a paid session is completed, the order is considered fulfilled and the refund window for that order closes.
  • Annual plans that have passed the 7-day window are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Email team@decibl.ai from the email address associated with your account.
  • Include your Razorpay payment ID (begins with pay_) and a brief reason for the request.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

3. Free Tier

  • Free-tier access requires no payment, so no refund is applicable.
  • Free-tier usage does not affect the refund eligibility of any subsequent paid purchase.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by emailing team@decibl.ai.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued on monthly plans.
  • Session data, transcripts, and scores are retained for 90 days after cancellation. Organisation admins can export data during this window.

5. Reactivation

  • You can resubscribe at any time.
  • New subscriptions are charged at the current rate. Previous or promotional pricing may not apply.

6. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.
  • Changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
