1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided no paid sessions have been started on that plan.
Once a paid session is completed, the order is considered fulfilled and the refund window for that order closes.
On Decibl Transcribe, the equivalent is a transcript: the ₹9 introductory charge is fully refundable within 7 days as long as no transcript has been produced under the paid plan. Transcripts made on the free daily allowance do not count and do not affect eligibility.
Annual plans that have passed the 7-day window are non-refundable.

Email team@decibl.ai from the email address associated with your account.
Include your Razorpay payment ID (begins with pay_) and a brief reason for the request.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Free-tier access requires no payment, so no refund is applicable.
Free-tier usage does not affect the refund eligibility of any subsequent paid purchase.
On Decibl Transcribe the free tier is 3 transcripts per day, resetting at midnight IST. It needs no account and no card, and there is nothing to cancel.

Organisation plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings.
Decibl Transcribe has no billing screen yet. To cancel, email team@decibl.ai from the address you subscribed with and we will cancel it and confirm by reply. You can also cancel the mandate directly in your UPI app or with your card issuer.
Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No partial-month refunds are issued on monthly plans.
Cancelling during an introductory period stops the upcoming monthly charge, and access runs to the end of that period rather than ending immediately.
A subscription authorised through UPI AutoPay can be cancelled the same way, but cannot be modified in place. To change plans, cancel and subscribe again.
Session data, transcripts, and scores are retained for 90 days after cancellation. Organisation admins can export data during this window.
Decibl Transcribe is the exception, and it now runs the other way: uploaded audio and its transcript are kept indefinitely, not for 90 days. The tool has no accounts, so nothing there is tied to a subscription and cancelling does not remove it. Email team@decibl.ai to have an upload deleted.

You can resubscribe at any time.
New subscriptions are charged at the current rate. Previous or promotional pricing may not apply.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.
Changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
