Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided no paid sessions have been started on that plan.
- Once a paid session is completed, the order is considered fulfilled and the refund window for that order closes.
- Annual plans that have passed the 7-day window are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email team@decibl.ai from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (begins with
pay_) and a brief reason for the request. - Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
3. Free Tier
- Free-tier access requires no payment, so no refund is applicable.
- Free-tier usage does not affect the refund eligibility of any subsequent paid purchase.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by emailing team@decibl.ai.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial-month refunds are issued on monthly plans.
- Session data, transcripts, and scores are retained for 90 days after cancellation. Organisation admins can export data during this window.
5. Reactivation
- You can resubscribe at any time.
- New subscriptions are charged at the current rate. Previous or promotional pricing may not apply.
6. Pricing Changes
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.
- Changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
