1. Plans & Pricing

• Available plans and current pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
• Plans are billed per active seat in your organisation, on a monthly or annual basis.
• Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
• Enterprise pricing is available for large organisations — contact team@decibl.ai.

Self-serve plans

These are bought directly on the site, per person rather than per seat, and are billed as recurring subscriptions.

• The introductory amount is charged when you authorise the mandate. The first recurring charge lands at the end of that period, and monthly from then on.
• Both plans run for up to 12 billing cycles unless cancelled earlier.
• Decibl Transcribe is billed in Indian rupees. The Leadership and Management course is billed in US dollars.
• Decibl Transcribe includes 3 free transcripts per day without any payment. The paid plan removes the daily limit and raises the per-file length limit, subject to fair use of 8 hours of audio during the introductory period and 20 hours per month thereafter.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are collected through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS and RBI-compliant payment gateway.
• All major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking are accepted for one-time payments.
• Recurring subscriptions require a mandate, which narrows the options: rupee-denominated plans accept UPI AutoPay or card, and dollar-denominated plans accept card only. UPI AutoPay and NACH e-mandate are rupee-only rails and cannot back a dollar plan.
• Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST or other taxes will be added at checkout where applicable under Indian tax law.
• It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure contact and billing information is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is completed. A 3-day grace period applies before account suspension.
• The Company is not liable for any loss arising from access restrictions caused by failed or declined payments.

4. Cancellation and Refund

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided no paid sessions have been started — or, on Decibl Transcribe, no transcript has been produced under the paid plan.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Cancelling during an introductory period stops the upcoming monthly charge. Access runs to the end of that period, and the introductory amount already paid is covered by the 7-day refund window above.

5. Pricing Modifications

• We reserve the right to revise pricing, fees, or subscription plans at our sole discretion.
• Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect. Changes apply to subsequent billing cycles, not the current one.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date implies acceptance of the revised pricing.

6. Communications

• You agree to receive email notifications related to billing, payment status, subscription changes, and policy updates.
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Transactional billing notifications cannot be opted out of while you hold an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from user-initiated payment errors, service interruptions due to failed payments, or unauthorised access to payment methods through user negligence.
• Our liability for any payment dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the subscriber during the current billing cycle.
