This page governs all payment and subscription terms for the Decibl platform, operated by CollectiveBloom Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to or using Decibl, you agree to the terms below.

1. Plans & Pricing

Available plans and current pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
Plans are billed per active seat in your organisation, on a monthly or annual basis.
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
Enterprise pricing is available for large organisations — contact team@decibl.ai.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are collected through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS and RBI-compliant payment gateway.
All major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking are accepted.
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST or other taxes will be added at checkout where applicable under Indian tax law.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure contact and billing information is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is completed. A 3-day grace period applies before account suspension.
The Company is not liable for any loss arising from access restrictions caused by failed or declined payments.

4. Cancellation and Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided no paid sessions have been started.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Pricing Modifications

We reserve the right to revise pricing, fees, or subscription plans at our sole discretion.
Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect. Changes apply to subsequent billing cycles, not the current one.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date implies acceptance of the revised pricing.

6. Communications

You agree to receive email notifications related to billing, payment status, subscription changes, and policy updates.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Transactional billing notifications cannot be opted out of while you hold an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from user-initiated payment errors, service interruptions due to failed payments, or unauthorised access to payment methods through user negligence.
Our liability for any payment dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the subscriber during the current billing cycle.
