Third-Party Platform Data

• When you connect a third-party account (e.g. LinkedIn, Google), we access only the information needed to provide the requested feature. We do not store OAuth tokens beyond what is required for authentication.

Payment Information

• Transaction records and payment references (handled by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers or full payment credentials).

AI and Analytics: Our platform uses AI to transcribe voice sessions, generate scores, and provide recommendations. AI-generated outputs are for training and development purposes and should be reviewed before being relied upon for consequential decisions.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Data may be shared with service providers who support our operations: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), Cloudflare R2 (audio storage), Inngest (background jobs), Resend (transactional email), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Google and Anthropic (AI processing), and Razorpay (payments).
• All third-party providers are required to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

4. Data Retention

• Session recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days after account deletion unless the organisation's contract specifies otherwise.
• Organisation data is retained for the duration of the contract and deleted upon request after termination.
• We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Data Security

• We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• Payment information is processed through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
